British lifestyle retailer FatFace has announced a raft of changes to its leadership team following its £115.2m acquisition by high street giant Next in October 2023.

Industry onlookers and retail analysts are in agreement that Next’s acquisition of FatFace is "a financially sound investment" that will benefit both parties.

Total sales at British lifestyle retailer Fat Face soared 15% to £282m for the year to 27 May, while underlying EBITDA (excluding adjustment for IFRS 16) rose 3% to £26m.    

N Brown Group has added fashion brands Tala, Fat Face and Gym King to its roster of third-party labels.

Following its Canadian market debut with three Ontario stores, Fat Face is looking to open six more retail locations in the country by the end of this year.
