Marisa Hordern launched her successful jewellery business Missoma in 2008. An innovator in the demi-fine category, Hordern has grown her brand into an international success with a focus on social, digital and influencer marketing. Missoma now ships to over 200 countries worldwide, and this year won a Queen’s Award for International Trade.

Namrata Sandhu is the CEO and co-founder of Berlin-based climate tech startup Vaayu, a carbon calculation and reduction solution for retailers. She is an expert in sustainability with 18 years of international experience, most recently working as head of sustainability and ethical trade at ecommerce giant Zalando, and previously Arcadia, where she highlighted a critical gap in the market for an automated carbon-tracking tool to empower retailers to reduce emissions in real-time and at scale.

Ruth Zohrer is global chief client success officer at Wunderman Thompson Commerce, the ecommerce consultancy and technology company. She is responsible for proposition development and innovation for a roster of clients that includes Selfridges, YNAP Group, New Look, Ted Baker and PVH.
