Drapers Sustainable Fashion Awards 2022

We are delighted to announce that the market-leading Drapers Sustainable Fashion conference and awards will return in person in 2022. Our aim for the 21 April is to unite a community of sustainability-focused professionals and create a forum for open, honest learning and discussion.

The fashion industry’s efforts to become more sustainable were in danger of derailment during the coronavirus pandemic. However, recognising that sustainability is a business imperative, many brands and retailers continued to invest in cleaning up their supply chains and introducing new, circular models of working, despite the unprecedented trading conditions.

Covid-19 has presented unforeseen challenges for fashion retailers and brands, but it has also given us all an opportunity to build back better. Forward-thinking fashion businesses know change is not an option, and are embracing their responsibilities and ability to make a difference.

The Drapers Sustainable Fashion Awards programme recognises the strides that are being made in reducing the industry’s environmental impact and creating fairer working conditions across the supply chain.

Judged by an independent panel of experts, this market-leading awards programme shines a spotlight on best practice within the industry, so others can learn how to change for good. Congratulations to all our deserving winners.
