Holli Rogers

CEO, Browns, chief fashion officer, Farfetch

After 49 years in its famous South Molton Street store, Browns chief executive Holli Rogers announced the luxury retailer will move its flagship in 2020 – to a four-floor space on Brook Street in Mayfair – to celebrate its 50th anniversary.

The new store will have an outside courtyard, “immersive experience” room, restaurant and a “very important customer” area.

In November Browns held the latest edition of its “nomad” pop-up concept, which roams to venues in different cities – this time a disused supermarket in Berlin. The concept has previously appeared in Los Angeles and at a long-term location in London’s East End: Browns East.

In addition to leading Browns, this year Rogers was appointed to the board as chief brand officer of Farfetch, which has owned Browns since 2015. Although Farfetch does not split out Browns’ figures, revenues at the group overall rose 89.9% to $255m (£198m) in the three months to 30 September 2019.
